Would you call these grey or ready to put in the fridge?

Yes they look good to go. The way you can tell is if they turn brown then they are fertile. If they stay yellow they are infertile. I'm currently waiting on my first batch to hatch. Nothing yet thought.

I know that part but I got a lot and need to put some in the fridge.

In the picture eggs look dark brown. Stage called diapause, so put them in the fridge for at least two weeks.
