Silk Worm Mulberry tree question

I bought a couple of Mulberry trees back in March and planted them in the backyard. They have about doubled in size already should I be ok to feed the leaves to the silkworms and then the worms to my chams?

Thanks
Derek

wash the leaves really good and dry them really good because wet leaves give them diarea they sell some stuff at trader joes that removes pesticide

If the OP doesn't use pesticides, then it's not needed. And heck, the pesticide remover would probably kill the silkies with out fragile they are.
