siliworms you should NEVER feed

That's such a bummer! Whoever shipped them to you should have really checked with the weather before shipping them to make sure they would have the ability to make it to you in 2 days.

But if the weather is bad and they are unable to move things, it's a risk you take this time of year with next day/2 day shipping, you know? There's not much UPS can do about it unfortunately seeing how they can't control mother nature. Not trying to sound like a jerk or anything, but it's going to be really hard to get your money back for shipping I think.
 
That's gross! Don't they have some kind of "live arrival" guarantee? My pet shop is getting them tomorrow. My chams have never had silkworms so I'm excited =)
