Current Problem - She has been lethargic, all curled up I was worried if she was becoming egg bound but she is 4 months old, she has just curled up and is going thru a shed which makes it hard to do anything, I've started to drip water near her so she can drink I'll add pictures.
She has been like this for 1 day I am pretty sure I'm going to lose her. Her mouth is gaping from time to time, but she just is curled up in a ball grabbing herself with her tailed coiled up.
I out a straw in water and put it near her mouth.
She is very lethargic. I also have another male next to her who has the same conditions and he is fine.

Pictures are helpful

If she's in a solid glass aquarium type enclosure she needs to be switched to a screen or a combination enclosure. She will get an upper respitory infection in an all glass enclosure. You are definitely not on the right supplementing schedule, she should be getting plain calcium with out D3 every feeding except when you give calcium with D3 and a multivitamin which is two times a month. What size crickets are you feeding her? She probably needs more than what you are feeding at this age and definitely more of a variety.

I buy medium sized crickets.
She has never been a huge eater.
I will get some vitamins and calc without D3.
Any recommendation for a supplement/brand
... The screen cage, I can't put them in a screen cage because I'm worried about water spray, I'm in a rental, the glass tank I have is drilled with a drainage hole at the bottom so that it is dry for most of the time obviously it's wet after I spray/mist but for the most part it's dry.

They need air flow, get a combination cage, which has three glass sides and a screen top and side. It's not healthy for them not to have airflow.

I use repcal supplements.

Use a combination cage then, three glass sides and a screen side and top. They need air flow to be healthy. I use herptivite as my vitamin. And Repcal products for my calcium supplements.

If she is hold her mouth open she could very likely have a respiratory infection. If you let it go untreated, she will die. Do you have any reptile vets around or any vets that would see a chameleon atleast to give you an antibiotic?

She doesn't keep her mouth open, just opens it every now and then like a breathing thing, there isn't any bubbling from nose.
Also I had the tank sitting around 91F, which I have lowered a bit now,

Okay, so the temp is really high i have lowered the temp. Hopefully she can survive until I can get back home. =(
