Sick Chameleon

Hello everyone. My male panther chameleon is 2 years old and seems to be very sick. He is dark, sunken in eyes, dry skin, sleeping during the day, and lethargic. What do you guys think it is and do I need to see a vet?

Yes an exotic vet is in order and quickly. They can deteriorate fast. usually when they start to show signs it’s already been going on for a while.

Maybe posting a picture of him and his current enclosure including lights could be helpful for better advice until you can get him seen.

What supplements do you use and how often for each?
What colour are the urates?

Here are some photos. I use Reptivite with D3 2 times a month and Arcadia Earth Pro A for all of his other feeding days. The urates are all white but there is one that looks slightly orange.
