sick baby chameleon, help please!

I have a 2 week old baby chameleon. He doesnt want to open his right eye.
His colours are turning darker every minute. Now he wont even open both eyes. He doesn't want to eat anymore, though he does drink. What do I do?

Lighting - What brand, model, and types of lighting are you using? What is your daily lighting schedule?
Temperature - What temp range have you created (cage floor to basking spot)? Lowest overnight temp? How do you measure these temps?
Humidity - What are your humidity levels? How are you creating and maintaining these levels? What do you use to measure humidity?
Plants - Are you using live plants? If so, what kind?
Placement - Where is your cage located? Is it near any fans, air vents, or high traffic areas? At what height is the top of the cage relative to your room floor?
Location - Where are you geographically located?

Your Chameleon - The species, sex, and age of your chameleon. How long has it been in your care?
Handling - How often do you handle your chameleon?

Lightng - no lighting. Kept near window where sun ussualy shows
Temperature - 24-29 degrees C
Humidity - I spray the cage 3 times a day
Plants - Hibiscus
Placement - Near bedroom, cages are on the floor,
Location - Jakarta, Indonesia

Chameleon Info:
Your Chameleon - C. bitaeniatus, 2 weeks old, Male, 2 weeks
Handling - Constantly a day. give crickets manually, mist 3 or 2 times a day or give water manually.
Feeding - 4-5 crickets/day
Supplements - Reptivites
Watering - Normal water sometimes tap water
Fecal Description - Normal.
History - nothing.

First of all-the young of live bearing species like the Bitan are a challenge to keep alive for even experienced keepers. Also-being so young constant handling will not do it any good. This seems to be a shy species. They like cooler, humid temps-so I would go no higher than high 70's(25-26C) in a small corner of the cage with the rest of the cage in the lower 70's(22C). Additionally-UVB will not go through glass or plastic, so you will need a UVB light. Reptivite is a vitamin/mineral supplement-this you would use very sparingly maybe once-twice a week. You need a phosphorous free calcium to dust with 4-5X weekly. Since Bitans are small, I dust lightly and less frequently than other species.

WAIT. No.
He IS still alive, just not well.
After not letting go of the fact that he is well, gone, I put him someplace cooler (humid temps), he seems to be getting better. He seems to be drinking again.

what you are asking , is kind of like asking somebody to teach you how to play the guitar overnight , its just not possible , you have much study to do, in order to be successful at chameleons , especially baby ones, consider this your first lesson

This is a hard species to keep going for sure. Most certainly stick w/ cooler temps. this will help. Hopefully, your cham. pulls through for you. Keep your fingers crossed, do a lot of research and hopefully you can save the poor guy. Good Luck.

That viv was massive for a neo,probably had issues finding plenty of food in such a big viv,i would recommend using a very small viv to start with next time

my guess is it is probably impaction , at the neonate stage there is very little you can do , neonates are extremely sensitive to over supplementation, i would stop the reptivite and offer cultivated standard (not blue bottle )house flys, if he wont eat those, he is sick or impacted for sure, if he is still drinking, i would soak some dried prunes in some water, and try getting him to drink the water through a dental syringe (the type with the curved plastic tip)ps uv does not penetrate window glass , neonate or not, he needs proper lighting
