shredding

hi my cham (betty)has just started shredding and i was just wondering if there is anything you can do or do you just leave her shred thanks ben

Shedding equals a healthy chameleon. You can let her be or you can help her along. You'll probably get some tips like using mineral oil and such to help remove the shed. I usually just mist more than usual. Humidity makes it fall faster. I always see Clyde scratching at it to remove it. He hates when I help. So usually I just help in the hard to reach places like on his tail, top of his head, and around his legs.

I never help them-let them have at it. I do mist some ocassional sticky parts sometimes, but I never pull off any skin-that can be painful.
