So I thought male panthers started to sexually mature around 8+ months, but my panther that I think is around 5-6months old flashed me yesterday and it caught me completely off guard. Is this normal? or is this guy older than I think he is?

Nope if you feed them good they can start having puppies as early as six months. It more of a set amount of food they need to have eaten rather than an age thing.
