so, i read alot about people putting there chams in showers... i'm fairly new to the whole cham thing and was wondering about how long and containers people use and if it is a regular thing for them.

Its only recommend if your cham needs it. It can be very stressful for them when you do it so if it comes down to it just stick your cham on a plant and place the shower head to where the water splashes off the wall and on to the plant

i was wondering the same thing. now i know.
what are the reasons for a shower beside shedding problems?

Dehydration, debris in eye, general skin health (if they don't kind showers,) to get them to poop, etc.

Some chameleons don't mind it, some stress out. Always make sure to leave an area that remains dry for the animal to retreat to.
