Will she lays eggs?

If not, When will she?

If yes, Is 'Desert Sand' And 'Soil' Good for laying ? They are unfertile.

BTW TOTALLY OFF TOPIC

I have been told i ask so many questions.. and im sure i do, i am very curious.. But i am sorry for Posting so much.. Id like to thank eveyone for there help they've Given me, and i will post less, i understand i ask more, when i could just look it up Thanks Everyone!!!

if it werent for questions, this form would be pretty lame!

i think all females will lay infertile clutches eventually but not as young as 4 months. if i am wrong, someone will surely correct me

Yes they can lay eggs, male around or not. Read the raising a female veiled section in the Raising Kitty blot and you can reduce the clutch size or even prevent eggs at all. Jann

I have had veiled females live to be over 6 years old without ever laying a single egg. Whether or not yours will lay eggs is partly dependent on their diet.

Moistened playsand is a good medium for laying eggs in. The container should be opaque. Once your female is 4 or 5 months old its a good idea to have a place in the cage where she can dig when she needs to. When she is digging do not let her see you watching her.
