So I have 2 in there to see which one he can access easier and I haven't seen him use them he only eats off my tongs and I am going away for holiday and wanted him to get used to these. Any suggestions and where to place these so he can easily access them.

I can’t tell from the front but is there a branch in front of them so he can get close enough. Like this so he can see inside.

I added 2 branches I think would aid in him getting there let me know what you guys think. I might remove some other branches to reduce the clutter.

I think you should be all set then, hopefully the movement will catch his eye. If you are leaving for a couple of days or longer I would stick a carrot in there so the bugs have something to munch on. I have done this on more than one occasion and it’s worked out pretty well.

Yeah I did that when I went away for thanksgiving. I was using blue bottle flies for the past month so he stopped rlly using his feeding station but now I'm trying to get him back on It.
