Should I in a year?

I have a baby veiled chameleon (female) she is not ready to breed. My friend has a male 1 week younger and I was wondering since she will lay infertile eggs why not just breed the two and get some fertile eggs. I know it would be costly and I have a local pet store that I am good friends with that I could sell some of them too. So maybe in a few years should I go for it?

I would just do more research right now and think about it some more. Like you said, she isn't old enough right now. By the time she is a year old, you will have had plenty of time to look into it some more and decide if you are confident enough in yourself to go ahead and breed.

Guess that's true my friend with the male asked if I would breed them or not because i kinda do and i kinda don't and I was getting your guys opinions thanks :D

Keep in mind, that once the first batch is laid, they will most often lay a second retained clutch.... so double the babies.

I have 38 veiled babies right now and trust me, they are a handful.

Thanks, i got most of them from drcrossfire. hes a member on here.

between the 4 adult chams, and my 38 babies, and the cresties, i keep busy.

Haha I have a Jackson chameleon an adult crestie and a juvenile crestie a baby veiled and a bearded dragon and a Labrador. And I used to have 35 baby turtles but I just get them big enough then I release them because there are mean people in our neighborhood (we have a public pond) and I have a 55 gallon cage that I get them the size of my fist in and the we take them to my buddies private fish pond and then when the are the size of my hand we release them in different ponds around our town it's a pretty fun summer job:) :D
