Should I clean everything out?

I have a BB Ambilobe arriving on Tuesday. I am putting him in a cage of a cham that I don't have anymore. The only thing that concerns me is that the chams poop smelled really bad. I remember reading (I think from Sandrachameleon) that I should have had a fecal done, because that was not normal. Now since that is out of the question, should I just completely disinfect and clean the current enclosure and all the plants in it?

Yes, you should clean that cage as much as possible. Bleach would not be inappropriate, but rinse, rinse, rinse afterwards.

If it were me, I'd re-pot the plants. Pull them out, rinse the roots off and plant them in new soil. Clean the pots before re-potting.

Okay, will do. Thank you.

If I were you, after bleaching and rinsing I would let it sun dry for as long as possible. A smelly poop, it is most likely a sign of an infection - bacterial, viral - that can't be easily clean off leaves, dirt or pots. So I would ditch the plants and pots and get new ones always replacing the dirt.

That would definitely be a way to go. I do think you could wipe leaves down and sterilize the pots, but buying new might be easier.
