If your looking for an inexpensive first cham. Look at captive bred veileds. They can be purchased for $40 each plus shipping.
That $29 dollar senegal is def a wild caught cham. They are brought over in mass imports and are treated horribly from capture to exporter to importer. They are so cheap that they get only minimal care during that process. And almost all of them perish because their so debilitated by the time they are purchased. Def go cb, wc's should only be purchased by experienced keepers. And then only to strengthen cb bloodlines.
My first cham was a wc Graceful. haha. She's doing fine, but I still think it's risky to go with WC. They most likely have parasites and for that cheap it's not going to be a healthy cham.
