should i be worried

My chameleon is still a baby he eats very good and is drinkin good he looks very healthy. Ive noticed some times he bulges his neck and kinda wiggles his body in a s shape should i b worried or is it normal

When is he doing it?

He might be trying to A) Swallow his food, water by wiggling to kind of let it fall down into his stomach (I notice that after my chameleon drinks, he puts his head up and kinda wiggles/nods the water down into his stomach) B) Trying to get his old skin off by loosening it so he can shed.

Wouldn't be too worried.

If he's bulging his throat out & doing the "s" wiggle he could also be telling you to back off. Mine does this when he gets pissy or as SaintJimmy said to loosen old skin that accompanies shedding. He also will make himself look as large as he can when he does this as well. Hope it's something as simple as this

I always notice when my chameleons do this they are not far away from a shed.

He throws he throat out, sticks up straight and hold the position, and sometimes makes a "s" wiggle after eating. Your crickets are a little large and he/she is shoving them down. It's normal Just space out each one so he can properly digest or try smaller crickets. This is a digestion move they do. Reminds me of the movie the grudge lol
