Rango has had a patch on him for about 5 months now, you cant really see from this pic but the patch has a couple of black bits on them, nothing fleshy nd it doesnt ever seem to bother him. i thought iot would just fade out through his sheds but it hasnt

Yes mine can make black spots on both sides of his head, relatives think its either a hole, or an injury...

I don't see anything out of the ordinary either. Maybe you could circle the area we should be looking at in the photo, just to focus our attention. But from this photo I can't see anything that seems out of the ordinary.
