I have an extra xl repibreeze that i need to shorten to 24x24x24. Has anyone tried this? I would think i would just have to removed the spline and be careful not to cut the screen with the hack saw.

i think a lot of peeps just raise the bottom
by placing something underneath.
especially good in a temporary sitch!

I asked this same thing a little while ago this is what and I remember someone told me to go to Lowes/Home Depot and find coroplast. Supposedly it's like cardboard but made out of plastic and you can cut it to w/e size you need. I never tried this as I got my guy as a Juvy instead of a baby but it seems to work for others.

No i need the cage to be repurposed and it needs to fit under something. Im not getting a baby that might get lost in the XL :)

You could make a temporary smaller cage aside from your XL by getting supplies from Home Depot. :)

I'm doing so right now...2x2 wood pieces and aluminum screen. I've seen some people do a circular design and somehow close the top and the bottom with screen.

Not sure how you'd make it smaller without destroying it. :/ I thought about this, too, but ended up deciding to start from scratch.
