She's in laying tank...what now?

Just to confirm.......was she digging before she was mated? If she started digging over a week ago she is probably ready to lay......

Yeah, I think she might be considering it! Lets just see what goes oin tomorrow. How long should I give her before seeing a vet?

I will keep you updated. How will I know when she's layed? I know she will be thin and covered in sand, anything else to look for?

there is a small water ball in her laying tank...I had a little peek without her noticing me, and she has filled the bowl with sand, right to the brim. is this normal? thanks!

A water ball? or waterbowl, chameleons do not drink from stagnant/still water. I would take it out.

I just read a little back more into this thread and it sounds like you are going to be in over your head with breeding as you have pretty bad care for the adults already. You are also breeding them to young and I am very nervous to ask about your supplementing... Also if you did ANY reading at all you would know that chameleons do not drink from bowls of water. I hope you know you need to mist them and any bowls of water are a drowning/bacteria hazard.
