so ruru started shedding on the 14th of this month, her head and upper part of her back (spine area) shed with no problem and were done within a day, but she still hasnt shed the rest of her body, iv never had any problems with her shedding before. iv tried raising humidity misting her with wamr water for a extra few minutes everytime i mist and still the stubborn skin wont come off  is it ohkay if she doesnt shed everything all at once since she is getting older now? she is a little over a year and has always bed perfectly healthy. or is there any more things i can try to help? i have jungle mist (a type of shed ease) that i could mix with water and spray but im not 100% sure its safe for chameleons. iv thought about taking her out and putting her in the shower on her plant for a nice warm shower for awhile or so but my shower head isnt adjustable so i kind of threw that idea out ...but i have a setting the turns into a mist i could just put her at the far end to see if that helps any?

I came home yesterday and was pleasantly surprised that my little veil had shed. I was worried because I didn't think he was growin in the month that I've had him. There were big chunks of skin all over the cage floor with a little piece on his eye. He was rubbing his eye on a branch trying to get it off to no avail. It was quite hilarious to watch.

my baby from stephan has shed a couple times since iv had him lol ... but this is my female ...shes over a year old :p your little guy will grow before you know it :)

I've been reading that the adults shed slowly, and usually their legs will shed more frequently then their body. I'm sure she's fine :D

probably lol but you never know with these guys ....all mine have me worrying constantly haha :p

I don't worry much anymore because their poo is a good color. Pretty much a good sign that I'm doing a good job LOL! If I start second guessing myself then I'll just have more stress piled on to what I already have in my life! Chameleon time is supposed to be my stress relief :D

lol ruru is a healthy girl :D
well aside from being a fatty lol but we are working on that :p
lol she was my first cham, and a female at that
haha she isnt my last i got a few more but she is definately my last female :p

Perfectly fine. My male veiled always seems like he has some skin hanging off somewhere! It's like one constant shed almost. As long as the skin sheds properly on small areas like the toes and tip of the tail it's normal.
