.

And is it a problem if they they dont completly? How much time should it take for him to shed completly?

Thanks

Well I'm not exactly sure about how long.. I think it depends on age, size, stuff like that. I believe it could be a problem but I'm a newbie at this. Might want to wait for a senior member to give you a 100% sure answer hehe.

Chams to shed in diffierent patterns. but they do shed their whole body. The process shouldn't take longer than about 1 to 2 weeks. During the time of their shed increase your misting freq to help with the shedding process. Shedding aids ( over the counter sprays ) are not necessary.

good luck

1-2 weeks? I just noticed young sky crawler start shedding for the first time (in my posession) this morning right after I sprayed and fed him. That was 7 am and going on 8:30 and hes already shed 80% of his body. He's going to be 5 months in a few days, is this normal. I figured since he's only so bit for now he must shed fast. Finally loving the basking area though. This is my 3rd day of ownership.

My cham started shedding last night, i dont know if he has in the past because I am unsure of his age. the only part that was shedding was his front left foot! I can't wait to get home to see where its at now.

I have a 3 yo male veiled who sheds in pieces and parts. It seems like there is a spot shedding all the time. He just doesn't do a whole body shed any more. I even give him warm baths trying to soften up the skin enough to pop out of it. I am content to think that this is natural because he gets misted enough and his urates are white. I wouldn't think there is anything dangerous about him shedding like he does.

Yep it is totally normal for a young cham to pop right out of their skin. :D It is amazing how fast they shed their skin sometimes.
