How long is average between sheds? My guy hasn’t shed since December. He’s about 8-9 months old.

As they get older, shedding becomes less frequent and takes longer to complete. Every chameleon is different, but my guy sheds every 5ish months now that he's older. Last he shed was December and before that was July.

Thank you! It just seemed weird that he was shedding every month, almost to the day, and then nothing for almost 3 months.

Sooooo of course his casque started shedding today. I swear, as soon as I ask advice about something I’ve been worrying about, it resolves itself! Ugh!! I’m too paranoid! Thanks for your help!
