Shedding Question

What are peoples experiences, thoughts on Chams moods and shedding? My panther seems really depressed about a week before. His appetite decreases, he's not as active and he will not tolerate me at all! Immediately after he's back to his lovely, hungry self!
Is this true for all Chams? Do they just feel more vulnerable

Alot of chams get like that.

The shedding is uncomfortable and itchy for them. SO it makes sense they dont want to eat as much, and get an attitude right before during and after shedding.

All of my chams get like that when they start to shed.

Just up his mistings, raise humidity, and dont worry if you see him rubbing on things in his cage.

Cool thanks I always up his misting's when he sheds and try to leave him alone as much as I can. I feel really sorry for them, just moping around all uncomfortable
