Shedding Question

Sonny had a good shed a couple of days ago, but he still has some unshed skin on his feet and "neck". Can I expect this to come off as he wanders his cage or should I intervene in some way? Humidity is 60-70.

Whatever you do, don't pick at the shed. It should come off on its own, but extra mistings can also help with this. I have had chams shed in a few hours, and some have taken a few days to get all the little bits off. No need to worry.

I like to mist with zoomed water conditioner in my water. This claims to aid in shedding and I have noticed they shed in a day when I use it. With out using it, I noticed it can take 2 even 3 days to shed totally.

Jon,

sometimes there can be what I call "left over" shed.
it may, or may not come off before the next shed.

don't be alarmed by this.
it can be quite normal and happends all the time.

extra misting helps...even the next day or two. yet some may still stay on.
above all, leave it alone. it will come off in it's own time.
