Is it normal for the cham to bloat up alot for no reason while shedding? Is this to stretch and help the old skin peel? Fred has almost completly finished shedding, he only has a few places left and WOW what a transformation for him, he is looking SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOoooooooooooooooooo much better, alot of the burnted skin is going with it, looks like u will barely be able to tell!! And Mulberry Farms shipment comes in tomarrow and I can't wait for him to try new things!! (the only thing he has ever been fed is crickets!!)(at the pet store that is!) We have tried to give him super worms and meal worms but he doesnt seem to show interest in them? We placed them in a bowl, is there a more recommended method?

It is pretty common for chameleons to puff up with air to help their shedding. Glad to hear he is looking better. We cup feed and use supers as a staple. All of our males love them but they go over hit or miss with all of our females. You can also try putting them on the side of the screen cage at the chameleons eye level. They may not be moving enough in the cup to get his attention. We use that trick with some of our picky girls.

Usually, cham will stretch its body, rub against the vine, and scratch the skin in effort to peel it off. So, I say, it's quite normal during the shedding session.
I don't feed my chams mealworms. Never has and never will.
Mealworm is a poor choice of feeder nutrition wise.

As far as superworm goes, a lot of people here just put one on the screen.
Usually, cham will immediately zap it.

Superworm can be addictive, I heard.
So, I caution people not to overdo it.

I tried to feed my chams superworms as enrichment feeder.
So far all my chams refuse to eat them.
