Shedding concern and questions

My chameleon has like a bit of shed on his forehead. It's been there for about a month and a half. Since he's starting up to shed again i thought it'd be a good time to ask about it.

It has not affected him in anyway, but well its just worrying me a bit. Since it is older skin is it okay if i tried to help remove it or should I just leave it alone and it'll come off eventually? He was tried to remove it a few times, I've seen him scrape his head against a branch but he just can't seem to get it off. Maybe because its right between his eyes or something.

I'll attach some pictures so that you guys can see what it looks like. The only old piece is that forehead section. The other shedding is from his current shedding.

I would leave him be. I have veiled and panther chameleon and my panther sheded and he had some shed on his tail but eventually it will come of. Its ok to have some stuck shed on him just monitor him and have good percentage of humidity and temperature.
