this is my chameleons second time sheding with me he was already mostly sheded the first time but i dont know how to help him any ideas

Just up his mistings. most of the tim ethey can finish shedding themselves. but if it appears hes having a hard time getting it off, a warm shower or warm misting can help,
just dont peel it off yourself, unless it is constricting blood flow to toes or tail

remember, its too late tonite to be misting him, tomorrow is fine
he might be itchy and a little grumpy, warm water and sunshine helps alot
he might also not eat as vigorous as usual, not to worry, this too subsides in a day or so.
