Shaking legs?

Every so often my veiled will climb to the very top of his cage right under his basking light. He starts getting black spots and it looks like his legs get shaky. Is he shaking maybe because he's too hot or because he's upside down? This is the only time that this happens. When he's climbing the walls or his plants or anything else he appears strong and coordinated. Help!

They can turn dark to absorb more heat and sun. If he turns black, then he is getting too hot. Especially watch for him to have his mouth open. Get a digital temp probe on the spot and make sure it isn't too hot.

He hasn't been gaping and I already have one. His legs shaking just seems a little odd to me. I'm a new owner so maybe I'm being paranoid!

when they shake their legs is either a lack of vitamins or could be MBD.
post a pic to eliminate the last one.
