Sexing panthers

I was wondering how to sex my chameleon. I was told it was a male but just wanted to be sure so that I have proper temps. My GF has read up on it but all she finds is to look for a bulge under the tail but doesn't ever say if it is before or after the vent. Also she can't find any pics and it's hard to tell how much of a bugle there needs to be with no reference. If someone could post male/female pics for comparison or explain better it would be appreciated.

Also the chameleon is about 11 months old so is it of age to tell?
I will get a pic of mine when I can but I recently got it so I still don't want to hold him for a few days. When I take a pic should I do an underneath view or a side view?

If thres a bulge, you should see it.
its near the vent, right before it.

post a pic from the side and we can try to help.

and if its 11 months old you should see male coloring.
