Male. And I agree that it is a cross. Likely ambilobe and nosy be.

100% sure it is a male! As others stated it is most likely a Ambilobe or a Nosy Be/Ambilobe cross. The odds are that he is a Ambilobe with some genetics from Paradise Chameleons. He does look quite a bit like Narnia (Nosy Be/Ambilobe cross) as @dshuld stated. This is Narnia:

Look at the color patterns on the next boy. He has Paradise Chameleon blood in him:

Elvis, now in @dshuld care, brother to this chameleon also has those similar color paterns.

I could see him being ambilobe as well. Some can have that much blue, though I can see a cross being a real possibility!
