Looking for some advice on making my own screened cage, or where to buy a good one. Also the best place to purchase the needed interior decor for the cage. Have heard pro/cons on dealing with lllreptiles. Pointing me in the right direction is greatly appreciated!!

Thanks kimbodini1................ very informative video on building your own enclosure !! Great find for sure............... will price out the cost here locally and compare to buying one from DIY.

I wish I had gotten a Dragon Strand the first time around. I don't think there is a better quality screen cage builder. Excellent customer service and support.

I've had great luck with 3L. As for interior I use only real plants and real limbs from my maple trees (live cut and washed and baked) in my yard. MistKing auto misters are excellent. Lightyourreptiles.com has excellent lighting options. Good luck with your set up. It's fun to gather and create.

Thanks mvad.............. as of now I have 3 avenues to look at......... DIY Cages, Dragon Strand, and build my own. DIY, as far as I can see is the best bang for the buck, but hard to get a hold of by phone to answer some questions. The total cost of a 24"x24"x48" is $109 shipped. The Dragon Strand enclosure is $109 with a $38 shipping charge.... I like the Dragon Strand better from what I have seen and read about online........ What I am wondering, is it that much better than the DIY to pay the additional $38 shipping?
