How long can you keep baby panthers together? 4 months?

I'm going to say 3 months and maybe 4 if there are only 2 or maybe three little ones together in a larger cage. Of course the bullies will need their own cage and the big ones can't be kept with small ones.

It depends.
I tend to start sorting into sized batches at about the two month mark.
Like pssh said, the ones that grow fastest or act aggressively get separated out first - not by age but by size and behaviour. This could be as early as at two months.
Four months is about the longest they should be kept in multiples.
