soo, our school's senior project is open topic and im pretty sure im going to do it on chameleon husbandry..writing the paper will be pretty easy with what ive learned here, but id still like to do a presentation of some sort. its not until may, so i might possibly bring in my cham as long as im sure he can handle the stress JUST for that class period. There's no way im keeping him there all day, and even when i wont need him, ill keep him in the botony room where theres usually no people. but thats just an idea, other ideas? im going to have soo much fun with this project ^.^ and i usually dont say that lol. worst comes to worst, ill set up a small cage with a beanie cham in it :p

what type of cham is it. i would think that most would be fine with the trip. i have on a few occasions taken a few of my guys over the the local retirment home and done a pet therapy session. it was a good time.

i do not have him yet, but a young jackson's. ill be getting him in about two weeks at the latest...so im pretty sure if he stays healthy till may, he wont mind the trip :) i live in pa and a lot of people dont keep chams around here, so it would be a treat to see my class gocking over my awesome cham ;)

ya people really react to chams. there arent many keepers around where i live either so when people see em they tend to get interested.

Yea that would be awesome. I just did it recently with my Daedaus for a comparative anatomy class, I brought him in as part of a presentation on hyoid bone evolution. I got mega points for bringing him, that's for sure. And he did super well, he got his tail petted by dozens of people and he didn't bat an eyelash.

i always let people pet the tail as well, lets them have a little contact and is easy on the cham:D
