Senegal breeding basics?

mabey if you both talk of garentee's. that way the law wont be involved if shes shipped dead or dies dureing anything.

I'd feel horrible if she died during the shipment or got injured, I guess you gotta do your best though with a few hundred stickers of LIVE ANIMAL, CAREFUL, THIS SIDE UP, etc, proper food and water, quick one day shipment.

yeah really. and while your talking it out with eachother make shure she has been tested/treated for parasites and your also. that way if his girl doesnt have any and your boy did than it wuddnt spread. ^^

That's how it's usually done. Tends to work out 99.9% of the time

ok yeah ill look right now

lemme give you an idea. anytime you go to the vet bring at LEAST 100$. its usually 40-60 just for them to look at your lizzard. *it was 42 for me* and than it was 15 for her to get meds that i myself recomended*they were happy to take a pic with her tho. haha* so ima guess it's gunna be a good 110max. 60 max for the checkup and leave 50 for the rest. id call and ask first though becuz some people charge alot more or less. its really hard to guess.

Definitely find out prior though, I was told they would put one of my birds on oxygen to "stabilize her" before we set off for an avian specialist during an emergency. They seemed to care about the bird, but what they failed to say was the oxygen was $2.50 a minute with a $35 minimum just for being brought in. Add that to the $40 antibiotic she didn't even need and that was one pricey visit.

i know it. i asked if i brang 100 if id be ok and she said it'll probally be 60 or so. it was 60. they dont usually lie but i always bring more still. iv never had her poop checked. its on my to do list. however clair has been spending all my pay checks. id like to shop for myself a bit aswell. lol. 2mmrow she get a few more plants and something to raise her light up.

well. i dont think so. but if your cham does ever get sick they will take over and kill him very quickly :( when a cham is healthy and been liveing with them theres no problem. it when they get sick that the little worms ect hurt him

i personaly dont think theres a huge rush to get it done. i would have it done sometime though. whever you have the money. better safe than sorry.

Out in the wild so long as their needs are met the parasites are easily ignored. The problem comes with how easily chams can stress in captivity from things like improper maintenance, temperatures, lighting, etc. It's then that the parasites are VERY harmful...Or so I've read :D
