Is 18x18x36 a good enough size for a female veiled?

Livable. But, the bigger the better. I would suggest 24X24X48.

LLL, but, 24 by 24 by 48 would be fine for a female veild.

the size you mentioned would be fine for a female actually. Males are the ones that need at 24x24x48

ive looked on LLL, but the only ones larger then 24"x24"x48" are Reptariums

is there any aluminum cages larger than 24"x24"x48"?

yes. custom design. 2 cages of mine r taller than 48"
