Screen Cages....

I will be buying a bunch of new screen cages very soon and wanted some opinion/input on which screen cages are the best out there? Thanks.

I have only had DIY and reptibreeze. The reptibreeze was a.. "i need one this second so this is what i'm buying" and i am les than pleased. It rusted pretty quickly and easily. The DIY cage was great. Still has zero rust and is in great shape. Well built.

The LLLreptile screen cages are ok. They are easy to assemble but are kinda flimsy. I also wish they would attach the PVC bottom and add some calk to make it water proof but hey, I would give them a 7/10.

I have had them all...and still prefer the LLL. The new DIY's are a large improvement over older DIY cages but still feel the screen is a little rip prone.

I love my DIY cages. The newer ones are even better quality. The only rips in the screen I've had was when my cat launched himself at the cage and was hanging by his claws. And the rip was only across a few squares, so I think they're pretty sturdy. To be fair, I've only had DIY cages so I haven't tried the others, but never felt like I needed to because I was happy with them. They also have good customer service.

You already know where I stand on this... New DIY model I have had misaligned screwholes and threw the whole thing outta wack...
Reptibreeze- garbage..
Penn plax HDs- the best imo, but expensive

Those hex cages we use are great as outdoor cages for smaller species and babies, but recently found out they are a fire hazard indoors with lights on them.. so theyre outside onlys now
