I washed this plant that's about 3' tall very well with dish soap and water and rinsed it a ton in my shower. I then repotted with organic soil.

This was 2 days ago. It is heading downhill wilting very badly.
Anything I did wrong anything I can do to help it? I like it and it was 20 bucks so is like to save it. Frankie loves It to :) I put It In a window sill with the window open. Great amounts of sun light!

Soil could be holding too much moisture make sure the container has holes, maybe add a bunch of rocks and sand to it, as well as rotating it to get sunlight.

You didn't get soap on the roots? Other thing, plants usually need a really good watering right after re-planting. Did you mix any sand in with the organic soil?? I find that the soil is too heavy on its own...I mix about half and half with regular playsand so the roots are sitting in water. Drainage for the soil is very important. If you were rough with the root ball breaking off the old soil it may just need time to recover. These are the things I can some up with off the top of my head. I have done 2 shefflera "trees", a large schefflera and 2 of smaller with the playsand/organic soil mix in the last year and they are all doing great. :)

I did get soap on the roots... Bad? I did not mix sand... If it does live how long should I wait to re do it with sand I dont want to stress It more right now

Well, it may not have liked that, the soap it just for the leaves to wash off any pesticides. I usually just rinse the roots well with warmish water (too cold/hot can shock the roots). If I were you, I would unplant it, rinse the rootball really well, then get a bag of playsand to mix with your oraganic soil, re-plant it, water it well and keep your fingers crossed!
