schefflera plant question??

are these plants hard to keep alive and do you have to do extra work to keep them alive besides just the normal misting of the cham cage and a drip system? also, how do the lights affect the plant? i know they need a lot of light... my cage is now big enough to house a plant so i was wondering...

All i did with mine was repot it, trim it, and stick it in the cage. Havent watered it directly yet. I use a 5.0 UV and a 60w house bulb for lighting.

Actually Its been a very robust plant in my cage, growing well despite low light levels at the bottom, lack of direct watering etc. They're actually Thriving.

My hibiscus on the other hand, carked it from lack of light
