scales?

i am thinking about buying a scale for my reptiles, but how "worth it" are they. as in, are they worth buying. because, i was going to buy a scale from LLL.

I got mine off ebay. They have allot of them and some with free shipping. I like to weigh my guys about once a week just to see that there weight is staying about the same.

Since you live in big city, just go to Bed Baths and Beyond, or any of the Major department stores with a good Kitchen/small appliance center. They have all sorts of Digital Scales that have tare weight programmed in. That means you can put a branch, bowl or kritter keeper on the scale then zero it. Then add your cham and it will display just the weight of your Cham.

We bought ours from Harbor Freight (tool store) for about $15 dollars. Ours can be set to grams, ounces, and lbs.

o gosh.. save yourself some money and go to your local walmart or target.
Buy a digital food scale. they are perfectly fine for chameleons that do not weigh over 500 gram (which pretty much cover most common species).
