Leon is 9 months old. I was thinking he might end up being a red bar as he is sired by xerxis at screameleons but it seems like he's a blue bar.
Another thing is the flash seems to change the color of his skin. He's not quite as bright as the pictures suggest. Hopefully it's suggesting at what's to come...
Oh and he's free range!

Nice fellow! - He looks active and curious. My guy's a mostly red barred Ambilobe out of a blue bar sire (though he does show some blue, rarely more). Your Leon is young yet; even as blue as he is, he may yet shift to red.

hes incredible, but i would contact vincent if i were you. though there are cases of red bars changing to blue and vice versa, i bought a panther from him in '08 that was supposed to be a red bar ambilobe sired by sirius and what i recieved was my buddy clarence, a blue bar ambanja sired by rhino jr. and shows amazing colors. when i told vincent my cham was getting really blue he told me to send him some pics. i did so and he replied realizing there was a mistake, and made me and offer to either trade him for another male or get a $100 discount off another male. there was no way i was givin him back; way too cool so i said id take the discount when i was able to afford another cham. you may not wish to do this but just figured id give you a heads up

Thanks for the advice guys, I'll get in touch with him if things don't change. He mentioned that his reds may start to come out in the next few months.
I would certainly be dissapointed as we talked at length before the purchase. Mistakes happen though I suppose and I'm reallly happy with Leon, very chill little guy, it would just be nice to know who he actually is sired by. I would like to breed him...

dont be too disappointed, hes freakin sexy. like i said, vincent gave me the choice to give him back or get a discount on another male of course im not givin him back so i took the discount when i can afford another but like YOU said lets wait and see if reds come in
