I am heading up to San Francisco tonight to watch the niners game tomorrow. Tomorrow in the AM I have nothing to do, anybody have some suggestions to keep us busy until game time?

Take a bus tour around Downtown, stop in Chinatown, the Painted Ladies houses and take some pictures, walk to Lombard street go up (the best part) and continue to the Fisherman's Wharf for a quick lunch. By then you should be heading out to the game. Have fun!...careful not to wonder off to the Castro area...ha!
