I know that you cant keep more than one chamelon in the same enclsore, but I've seen some youtube clips where people keep more than one cerpet chameleon in the same cage. Is that something you can do with carpet chameleons or is it just wrong keeping?

The chameleon should be in the separate cage unless ur cage build as big as a huge house, especially on the adult chameleons, they can easily to get stress out when one enter to another ones territory.

Carpet chameleons shouldn't be kept together, the only species of chameleons I know that can be successfully kept together without problems is pygmies. Pygmies should be kept in colonies with only one adult male unless your cage is larger than 75 gallons. I have a 110 gallons, that I was planning on making into a pygmy palace, it would just be hugely expensive.
