Sagging Belly

Hello, I'm not sure that this is really a health problem but I have a 10 month old male veiled.
and
Infront of his vent for about a inch there is like a fat sag I guess you could say. It sags lower than any part of his body.
P.S I know for sure that it is not fat.

I think he is about to poop and it is just sitting in him waiting to come out.

Does anyone else's Cham have this?

Oh and I can't get a picture because he sucks it up when he sees my camera.
