Safe Tree for Outdoor free range? (Pics included)

IMG_2906.JPG So I want to free range my panther in this tree I have in my front yard. It's only about 8 feet tall so I don't have to worry about him climbing away. I obviously will be keeping an eye on him while he is in it though. Anyways I believe this is a dwarf cherry tree. I know that cherry laurel is toxic, but I'm not sure about this one. It's not on the list of safe or unsafe trees. It's just beginning to bloom bright pink flowers. Here are some pics of it. If anyone can confirm whether or not it is safe for him, ot would be great key appreciated. If anyone can pinpoint the exact kind of tree it is then that would be helpful too. Thanks

your tree looks more like a crabapple. We have them all over Northern Colorado. Sorry I don't know about whether they are toxic or not.
