I would say no, all the plants in the Aroid family have oxalic acid crystals in their tissues that cause an immediate burning sensation when eaten. Although Spathiphyllum plants don't present very many of these crystals, I wouldn't recommend it.
Because there has never been any indication that chameleons get sick from them . Even veileds that eat them. Anyone who has question about this Listen to the chameleon breeder podcast episode 30 somethin he goes into great detail about how something that’s poisonous to us or other animals may be fine for our chams. It has the same toxic compound that Pothos has in it. I do not understand why people on chameleon lists think Pothos is a safe plant.

Don’t even pay attention to the date just the information. why the date is so important to people is beyond me, regardless of if your issue is from 5 years ago or now it could still help someone now. I’m not telling you your wrong just from the research I’ve done your the first one I’ve heard see negative effects because how are you supposed to know that the plant did it and not something else? I think that’s the main issue is that there is no solid study’s on it and most have no issues.Any damage from pothos would be longterm and would be near impossible for the average keeper to know the cause. Oxalates(what pothos have) can cause many problems. And we do have many people with veileds that have issues pop up seemingly out of nowhere.
And btw man, are you on a mission to bump as many old threads as possible lol?
