safe for eyes?

is the flash from my camera dangerous to my chams? i try and turn it off and only take pics of them when they are in full light which is extremely difficult. but sometimes i forget i have passed up taking amazing pics of them because of the fear i would hurt their little eyes

not to my knowledge. I have taken many a picture with the flash and they are not blind yet!

Excellent question. I have noticed my chams vision is so precise, and they even use both eyes together to focus and aim at their prey. I often wonder the same thing as I flash and see it pierce their turrets. All I can say is there is no documented study saying it can harm their vision...BUT we all tend to always promote "NATURAL" everything to our chams, and the only flash in nature is the occasional bolt of lighting in the sky.
