Safe feeder food for chams

Is there a list of safe to eat foods I can feed my feeder insects or does it not matter? I am currently using a mixed blend of foods by a supplier and was curious if I can use things like dried bananas or apples to throw in as well. I just don't want to poison the Cham if he should have such food. Thanks all

Thanks for the responses, definitely helpful. Does anyone know if bananas specifically are okay? It doesn't mention them good or bad in the article

bananas are high sugar, so not ideal. fine for occasional offering.

good source of B6, Vitamin C, Potassium and Manganese. more phosphorous than calcium
