Ryker's First Vet Visit

Ok so this was an adventure for both of us XD. After being worried about my baby boy yesterday and then noticing he was so lethargic today, I went to the vet immediately, they manage to squeeze me in the very day I called. She says everything seems to be all clear however she is going to do a fecal to make sure he has no parasites. There is no URI thank god >.<' was worried about that. She says he's really healthy, he weighs 51 grams at 6 months and has grown almost 2 inches since I first got him two months ago. It's ridiculous, I have decided to get him a bigger cage to see if that gets him more active, I'm not used to seeing him so sedentary.

I don't know if he's just bored or if he's just getting older or something, though it seems way to fast for him to be slowing this much. It could also be we had a huge heatwave a few days ago and then it just suddenly dropped. But he's not showing as much interest in his crickets as he usually does...

Maybe I'm just worrying for nothing maybe it is something, all I can hope is that he's healthy.

Has he done a shed with you yet? Sounds like he could be starting one. My girl gets super lazy and cranky when she's shedding but unlike most she doesn't go off her food :)

He has done two sheds with me one was just a week ago so I don't know if he's doing that. I have been waiting for a not super windy day to take him out in the sun >.< the winds here in SLO have been horrible lately and I think he would freak out if they buffeted him too much. I hope to take him out today or tomorrow and see some sunshine.

I think he might be starting a cricket and roach strike. He only seems to want to eat hornworms lately >.< and I realized this today after he showed no interest in a roach which is usually something he snaps up right away *sighs* ... well I guess it's time to start working on that now. Any ideas? I fed him his breakfast hornworm today but I figured no more, for a while until I can get him back to eating cricks normally and roaches normally. Wish me luck!
