I know it's not over supplementation bc I hadn't been the greatest about it previously

Ok thank you. Do you think the humidifier will help get fluids in him at all too?Showers are usually more accepted and he desperately needs water to flush out the toxins or get him hydrated otherwise he will get very sick and go into kidney failure.
I woke up this morning to a nice poo with really white urate. So maybe it's from the carnivore care feeding yesterday and I also had water in his medicine. I just tried the shower. He didn't particularly care for it, but he didn't freak out either. I also tried soaking his body in warm bath water for about 5 min and he actually seemed very calm and didn't move at all. So I guess he liked that. What exactly is the point of the showers? Is it just to stimulate drinking?I do honestly think try the shower a couple times, it sounds different and if you bounce it off the wall it doesn't directly hit him especially if he's in a plant. But if you have carnivore care that will help him keep fed and hydrated at the moment. Also for more water intake, get a syringe that is just filled with warm water. Drip it on the tip of his nose right above his lips at a couple drops every couple seconds. It usually stimulates them to drink. I have had success with this kind of treatment when feeding a young veiled who could not see at all because of a vitamin a and d deficiency. Add that with a little liquid calcium and the vitamins in a combo shot once every 3 months, she did well and is now in a new home and full grown. So feeding is possible and making them drink is, it just takes patience. I fed once a day and gave water about 2 to 3 times a day. Eventually he should feel a bit better and hopefully start eating on his own.
Do you think it's possible a swollen neck is from a URI? Today he seems more letahrgic and keeps shutting his eyes. I also noticed something saliva like on the corners of his mouth when he opened it. Kept gapping when I put him in the sun for 20 min. He will barely drink. Keep licking dry branches. Today he was biting on the nozzle head. Won't drink when I keep dropping water on his nose.Good luck
And I can't afford to go back to the vet. It cost me almost 100$ the last time and I'm in college. Idk what to do.Do you think it's possible a swollen neck is from a URI? The vet wouldn't run any blood work because he is so smallI am pretty sure a swollen neck is not a symptom of URI. He probably needs to go to the vet again and have a blood panel run. Honestly a 100 dollar vet visit is not very expensive at all. I have easily spent 500 dollars on one chameleon on one visit. If you don't have the money to invest in him to get him better give him to a rescue.
I hope so. I got his misting system back up. And set misting to 2 1/2 min twice, 2 min once , and for 30 seconds at 5 pm right before he goes to sleep around 6.I agree liquid calcium without d3 may help. I am still rooting for you two, don't worry I will definitely be here if you have questions.
