So after a while of removing the halogen his eye started to get worse again. Under the guidance of Janet, I removed his uvb and kept his basking bulb. He gets some natural sun every day, I have been turning on my reptile room's light which is on a dimmer on a relatively low setting just to make sure he doesn't fall asleep from low light. The lack of uvb seems to help and I am wondering if it was the brand? I bought a new fixture that lasts longer, but it came with a brand of uvb that is less well known the reptisun... it's a zilla bulb? Anyone have any thoughts? I am waiting a couple weeks before I put his new reptisun in. To let his eyes rest.
