rusty cage

my cage is a little rusty and i was wondering if it bad?

Rusty as in the screening is rusty or the rails
I myself would not have my Chams in or on rust.
Can it be wire brushed?
Let some of the diy's check in, they will have much better answers than I!

well the screening got some brown spots on top of the cage, idk if that was from the light or the dripper, i just recently bought the cage,also i saw that the screw on the door and side seem to be rusty, idk if its going to affect a cham. the door seem kinda hard to open, i wanted to use e-40 to loosen it up,i dont own a cham yet.

I really think you could use a wirebrush on that, like a bbq brush and then wash it off really well. Same for the screw, although if you could, just replace the screw. They also make screen panel replacements. Pretty sure Petco/ppetsmart sells them then all you have to do is replace that particular piece.
